Duolisto
Read full descriptionHide full description
Duolisto is a shared to-do list for two people: you and your partner, your roommate, or whoever you share a kitchen with. Add a task, put a name on it, and tick it off. Both phones show the same list and update as you go. Open the app and start adding. Send the other person an invite link or a six-character code when you want them on the list. HAND IT OVER Swipe a task to give it to yourself, to them, or to either of you. Tasks left on Either go to whoever gets there first. Tap your name to cut the list down to your jobs, and the shared ones stay in view. CHORES THAT COME BACK End a task with "every Sunday" or "2 weeks after done" and it repeats. You decide whether it follows the calendar or counts from the day someone did it. The Recurring view shows what's ready, what's coming up and who did each one last. Once you tick a chore off, it stays out of the way until its next date. KNOW WHEN IT'S DONE Duolisto tells your partner when you add a task, hand one over or tick one off, and tells you when they do. You can turn these notifications off in Settings. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Add a widget (iOS 26 and later) to see everything, your tasks or theirs. Tick tasks off from the widget without opening the app. MAKE IT LOOK LIKE YOURS Pick a colour for yourself and one for your partner, out of six, then choose one of five themes in light or dark. Colours stay on your phone, so your partner can choose their own. ALSO โข Works offline and syncs when you're back online โข Untick a task you ticked by mistake, or undo a delete โข You can do every swipe action with VoiceOver โข The Done view shows who finished what โข Save your account with Apple, Google or an email code, then sign in on a new phone Duolisto is free. It has no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
ReadyList

ReadyList is the collaborative checklist app for whatever's next โ vacations, weddings, moves, business trips, and any big group plan. Most shared to-do lists fall apart because everyone's staring at the same list, stepping on each other, with no idea who's actually done what. ReadyList fixes that: every person gets their OWN copy of the checklist, so you each check things off at your own pace โ while everyone sees the shared progress in real time. WHY READYLIST โข Everyone gets their own checklist โ your progress is yours; no more overwriting each other โข Live "who's ready" view โ ticks appear on everyone's phone as they happen โข Split what it costs โ log who paid, split equally or by exact amounts, and see who owes who โข Team chat โ talk it through in a tab right beside the checklist, with threads for side conversations โข Assign tasks โ hand a task to a specific person so nothing falls through the cracks โข Countdown to the day โ every list is tied to a date, so deadlines stay front and center โข Smart templates โ start fast with ready-made lists for trips, weddings, moving, and more โข Reminders โ get nudged before things are due BUILT FOR REAL PLANS โข Vacations & trips โ packing lists, documents, bookings, and splitting what it all cost โข Weddings โ the hundred moving pieces, shared across the people helping โข Moving โ everything from utilities to boxes, split across the household โข Business trips โ travel, prep, and day-of, without the mental overhead โข Anything custom โ build your own from scratch SPLIT THE BILL, NOT THE FRIENDSHIP Add what you spent, choose who it splits between, and ReadyList does the arithmetic to the cent โ equally by default, or with exact amounts for whoever had the expensive main. At the end it shows who owes who in the fewest payments possible. You can even split with someone who hasn't joined yet, and their expenses follow them if they sign up later. COMPLETELY FREE ReadyList is free to use โ no purchases, no subscriptions, no credit card. Plan on your own or invite your whole group. Shared expenses is arithmetic only: ReadyList works out who owes who, and never moves money or handles payments of any kind. ReadyList also works on the web at getreadylist.app, and everything stays in sync across your devices. Get everyone actually ready โ download ReadyList.
