TRAIN WITH A CLEAR DECISION TrueLift checks your performance using reps, load and RIR, compares it with your history, and decides when to add weight, how much to add, when to hold and when to ease off. Every recommendation explains why and adapts to the equipment you have: plates, microplates or dumbbells. - Automatic linear or double progression - Strength and cardio tracking with history and calendar - Weekly volume and frequency by muscle group - Tonnage, e1RM, personal records and monthly report - Plate calculator, warm-ups and rest timers - Exercise substitutions, backups and data export Automatic progression is included in the free version, with no ads or time limit. FULL AUTOREGULATION - PRO PRO adds a second layer of control to adapt progressive overload to your recovery: - Fully configurable routines: sets, reps, RIR and rest - Sleep, stress, energy, soreness, HRV and recent performance - Guided or suggested deloads when accumulated fatigue is detected - Soreness by body area: one region does not hold another back - Downloadable routines, custom exercises and spreadsheet import HRV is optional, although useful. If you do not have a compatible smartwatch, TrueLift uses your perceived recovery, soreness and performance. NUTRITION WITHOUT LOGGING MEALS - PRO Log your weight and TrueLift does the rest: it separates daily fluctuations from the trend, compares it with your chosen pace, and checks once a week whether anything needs to change. - Plan cutting, maintenance and bulking in phases - Project weight, body-fat percentage and lean mass as estimates - Suggest gram-based adjustments to your own foods - Offer daily step targets as an alternative when appropriate - Recommend protein without requiring daily food logging - Adapt pace ranges to your body-fat percentage and experience - Monitor performance during a diet and may suggest a refeed, deload or slower pace - Pause a phase without losing its history There is no food diary, barcode scanner or database to fill in. TrueLift does not try to guess what you eat: it gradually corrects its recommendations based on how your weight actually responds. However, you do need a rough understanding of what you eat each week so you can apply TrueLift's proposed changes. AN EXPLAINABLE ALGORITHM Same inputs, same logic, same decision. TrueLift uses deterministic rules so you can understand why a load, session or recommendation changes. You always keep the final say. 16 TRAINING SESSIONS TO TRY ALL PRO FEATURES Try the PRO version without providing an email address or adding a payment method. The trial is completely free of charge. If you don't choose a plan when it ends, you'll automatically return to the free version with your free routine and training history intact.
