T-Break Squirrel is a calm, judgment-free companion for a 30-day cannabis tolerance break. No lectures, no 12-step framing, no forced community feed — just the few things that actually get you through the first hard week. THE ESCAPE HATCH — UNDER A MINUTE A craving hits and you tap once. A breathing orb paces you through a guided pattern, an honest urge-surf timer counts the wave down, and your own reasons for doing this are right there on the screen. Cravings rise, crest and pass — this gets you to the other side of one. WATCH YOUR OAK GROW Your clean time is a living tree, not a number on a spreadsheet. The canopy widens as the days add up and fills in as your Clarity score climbs. Acorns light up as you reach each milestone. A CLARITY SCORE THAT MAKES SENSE One 0-100 number built from three things you can actually move: how long you have been clean, how many cravings you have ridden out, and how consistently you check in. It tells you which part is carrying you. KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU A plain-language recovery timeline maps what tends to change and when, with each entry labelled by how strong the evidence behind it is. Educational, never a diagnosis and never a promise. THE ACORN STASH Your old weekly spend becomes real money saved, sessions skipped, and reward goals that fill themselves in as you go. SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE EVENING A browsable library of short, genuinely doable time-fillers for the hours that used to be spoken for. Save the ones that work. A SLIP IS NOT A FAILURE Slip and the current streak restarts — but your lifetime days, your money saved and your hard-won mastery all stay exactly where they were. You are never sent back to day one. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no account and no sign-up. Everything you write stays on your device and is never uploaded anywhere — the app works fully in Airplane Mode. FREE FOREVER The Escape Hatch, the day counter, the Clarity score, the recovery timeline, milestones, daily check-ins, the time-filler library, the savings counter and slip handling are all free, permanently. We do not paywall the help. SQUIRREL PRO (optional subscription) For the deeper view: all-time craving analytics with the easing trend, your mood/clarity/sleep history, the full 90-day and 1-year savings forecast, and unlimited reward goals. - $3.99 per month or $24.99 per year, each after a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase; the subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings T-Break Squirrel offers general wellness and education. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Every other wellness app measures the time you spend with it. Earthwicking measures the time you spend outside. Made for people who want a short, daily outdoor practice — nature connection, mindfulness or quiet spiritual reflection — that fits a balcony or a back step as well as a forest. THE TWO-HOUR LINE A study of 19,806 people found that under 120 minutes of nature a week was no better than none, and 120 or more was — and that it made no difference whether that came from one long walk or a dozen small moments. That last part is the whole point. Two minutes under a tree is not a consolation prize; it is a deposit against the same line. Earthwicking shows you the week against that line, works out your own pace, projects where you will land, and tells you the smallest honest step that would clear it. And when the week genuinely cannot be cleared, it says so, instead of inventing a target. TODAY'S EARTHWICKING MOMENT One short practice a day, two to ten minutes, dealt from a library of 67 and chosen for the Path you picked and the outdoor space you actually have. A balcony never gets handed a woodland practice. THREE PATHS Nature Connection for the senses and the ground under you, Nature Mindfulness for attention and breath, or Spiritual Connection for reflection and Scripture. Change it whenever you like. SCREEN-DOWN TIMER Start it, put the phone in your pocket, and go. The one screen this app wants is the one you close. YOUR JOURNEY Seed, Sprout, Young Plant, Sapling, Tree, Grove, Living Forest — earned on the Moments of a lifetime, so a missed day can never move you backwards. There is no streak in this app and the word does not appear in it. WHERE THESE NUMBERS COME FROM Every figure is named to its study, in the app, on one sheet. One claim we were asked for is refused there, and it says why. FREE, FOREVER The daily Moment on every Path, the entire 67-practice library, logging with real minutes, the Screen-Down timer, the growth stages, all eight badges, this week against the 120-minute line and your own pace, the current month's Companion reading, reminders, and 30 days of your own observations. EARTHWICKING DEEPER (optional subscription) The computed depth only: the projection and the prescription, the eight-week trend, Patterns — which path, element, length and time of day actually settle you — all twelve Companion months, unlimited favourites, full history, and a real exported file. - $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, each with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Settings. Earthwicking asks for no location permission and contains no GPS or maps. Nothing in it is medical advice.
