BoxFlow runs your shadow boxing rounds, paces your breathing in the rest, and gives you one thing to work on. Built for beginners who shadow box at home. Unlike boxing apps that claim to watch your form, it has no camera and no sensors, and it never watches you train. It counts what it called and records what you told it — and it says which is which on every screen. THE ROUND BoxFlow calls the tempo and the combinations, so it knows exactly how many punches it asked for. Work and rest are timed against the plan, and the bell is a full-screen colour change you cannot miss. THE SIXTH BREATH A one-minute rest paced at six breaths a minute is exactly six breaths. BoxFlow paces them, you tap the ring at the end of each exhale, and every confirmed breath prints a mark on the ring. Six a minute beat both box breathing and free breathing on heart rate and perceived effort in a randomised trial of exactly this rest interval. ONE CUE, CHOSEN BY YOU Coaches at a national championship averaged eight instructions a round. You get one, you pick it from three, and it is phrased as something to do out in the world rather than something to think about inside your body — the phrasing that measurably improves punch speed and force. THE LADDER Six rungs of round structure. You move up when your last three sessions say you are ready, not when the calendar says so. TECHNIQUE, WITH ITS SOURCE SHOWN Teaching points and common mistakes taken from the international amateur boxing coaching manual, plus a plain answer to the claims this sport repeats — box breathing, 10,000 hours, 300 reps a day, and apps that say they can measure your form. FREE, FOREVER The whole training loop: unlimited rounds, every ladder rung, the breath pacer, the daily cue, the full technique library, your streak, and your last 14 sessions. The timer is never paywalled. BOXFLOW PRO (optional subscription) Unlimited history, the breath and cue trends, effort-versus-output insights, unlimited custom combinations, and CSV export of your own log. - Monthly or annual, with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in Settings BoxFlow is training practice, not medical advice. Every other wellness app measures the time you spend with it. Earthwicking measures the time you spend outside. Made for people who want a short, daily outdoor practice — nature connection, mindfulness or quiet spiritual reflection — that fits a balcony or a back step as well as a forest. THE TWO-HOUR LINE A study of 19,806 people found that under 120 minutes of nature a week was no better than none, and 120 or more was — and that it made no difference whether that came from one long walk or a dozen small moments. That last part is the whole point. Two minutes under a tree is not a consolation prize; it is a deposit against the same line. Earthwicking shows you the week against that line, works out your own pace, projects where you will land, and tells you the smallest honest step that would clear it. And when the week genuinely cannot be cleared, it says so, instead of inventing a target. TODAY'S EARTHWICKING MOMENT One short practice a day, two to ten minutes, dealt from a library of 67 and chosen for the Path you picked and the outdoor space you actually have. A balcony never gets handed a woodland practice. THREE PATHS Nature Connection for the senses and the ground under you, Nature Mindfulness for attention and breath, or Spiritual Connection for reflection and Scripture. Change it whenever you like. SCREEN-DOWN TIMER Start it, put the phone in your pocket, and go. The one screen this app wants is the one you close. YOUR JOURNEY Seed, Sprout, Young Plant, Sapling, Tree, Grove, Living Forest — earned on the Moments of a lifetime, so a missed day can never move you backwards. There is no streak in this app and the word does not appear in it. WHERE THESE NUMBERS COME FROM Every figure is named to its study, in the app, on one sheet. One claim we were asked for is refused there, and it says why. FREE, FOREVER The daily Moment on every Path, the entire 67-practice library, logging with real minutes, the Screen-Down timer, the growth stages, all eight badges, this week against the 120-minute line and your own pace, the current month's Companion reading, reminders, and 30 days of your own observations. EARTHWICKING DEEPER (optional subscription) The computed depth only: the projection and the prescription, the eight-week trend, Patterns — which path, element, length and time of day actually settle you — all twelve Companion months, unlimited favourites, full history, and a real exported file. - $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, each with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Settings. Earthwicking asks for no location permission and contains no GPS or maps. Nothing in it is medical advice.
