Apps need naps, too. AppNap puts distracting apps on a simple rest cycle. Pick an app, choose its Play time, and set the Nap time it needs to recharge from empty to full. While the app rests, its Balance fills one minute at a time. When you are ready, spend that Balance on a fixed Access Window. HOW APPNAP WORKS • Pick an app with Apple’s privacy-preserving app picker. • Set Play time for how long it can stay active. • Set Nap time for how long a full recharge takes. • Let the app rest while its Balance fills. • Use the available energy when you choose Access. • Tap Lock Now whenever the app needs another nap. No streaks, scores, or guilt. AppNap simply gives each app a rhythm of rest and use. PRIVACY BY DESIGN The apps you choose, your Minute Rules, Balances, and enforcement state stay on your iPhone. Apple gives AppNap an opaque selection, not a list of app names. No AppNap account is required to use the app, purchase Premium, or restore purchases. APPNAP PREMIUM Premium unlocks: • Shared Groups • Schedules • Custom Play and Nap times Weekly and yearly subscriptions are available in the app. Payment renews through Apple until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. AppNap uses Apple’s Screen Time framework to protect the apps you choose. It is a personal behavior tool, not a parental control, medical, safety, or emergency service. Terms of Use: https://appnap.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://appnap.app/privacy

A thoughtful follow-up starts with remembering the person. Visit Thread brings people, conversations, and plans together in a calm, easy-to-use organizer. Plan return visits, Bible studies, and shepherding calls without losing track of what you talked about or what you wanted to discuss next. SEE WHAT’S NEXT Start with Today to see overdue, today’s, and upcoming visits. Use the month calendar to choose a date and schedule someone, or plan the next visit directly from their page. Set optional reminders and repeating visit plans. KEEP THE CONVERSATION GOING Record what you discussed, scriptures or publication titles you shared, who went with you, and a topic for next time. Before your visit brings the last conversation and helpful details together. Frequently used companion names make entry easier. KEEP PEOPLE ORGANIZED Save contact details, addresses, best times to call, groups, and optional language or nationality. Filter by visit type and search across people, conversations, publications, schedules, and unfinished visits. Possible-duplicate warnings help you avoid adding the same person twice. FIND YOUR WAY See saved locations on an Apple Maps map. Drop a pin to begin a new record, save a Home marker, and open directions. A person’s map can show their saved location alongside your current position when you allow location access. FINISH LATER Unfinished visit notes are saved as local drafts. Reopen them from Today, or return to the same visit editor to pick up where you left off. MAKE IT YOURS Choose from fourteen color palettes, starting with Calm Blue, and use light, dark, or system appearance. Organized layouts adapt to iPhone and iPad. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Records stay on your device, with optional App Lock using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Create a password-protected manual backup when you want a recovery copy or need to move saved records to another device. Apple Maps features use Apple services and may need an internet connection. Optional location access helps display your current position; your current position is not saved in visit records. Backup passwords cannot be recovered by the app. Visit Thread is an independent personal organizer.
