Take back control of your screen time. BlockMyApps helps you spend less time on distracting apps without making your phone frustrating to use. Block apps instantly, create reusable Block Groups, set schedules and daily limits, and choose how difficult it should be to get access again. Whether you want to stop doomscrolling, stay focused while working, spend less time on social media, or simply build better phone habits, BlockMyApps gives you flexible controls that work around your life. QUICK BLOCK Need to focus right now? Choose the apps distracting you and block them instantly. Stop the block whenever you’re ready. BLOCK GROUPS Create groups for different situations — work, study, sleep, family time, social media, or anything else. Choose your apps once and reuse the group whenever you need it. SCHEDULES Automatically block selected apps during specific times of the day or week. Build routines without having to remember to start a block manually. DAILY USAGE LIMITS Set how much time you want to allow yourself in distracting apps each day. Once your limit is reached, BlockMyApps can step in. FLEXIBLE OR STRICT Not every block needs to feel the same. Flexible mode gives you more freedom when plans change. Strict mode adds friction before you can regain access, helping you stay committed when willpower alone isn’t enough. TEMPORARY ACCESS WITH INTENTION Sometimes you genuinely need an app. Instead of making blocking all-or-nothing, BlockMyApps can make temporary access require a deliberate action — giving you a moment to decide whether you really need to open it. DESIGNED TO FEEL SIMPLE BlockMyApps is built around one idea: powerful screen-time controls should still feel easy to understand. See what’s active, what’s coming next, manage your controls, and review your progress — without turning productivity into another complicated system. Built using Apple’s Screen Time technologies. Spend less time scrolling. Spend more time doing what you actually meant to do. About

Toggle

Features

Toggle is an iPhone app that opens Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook and Snapchat inside one app without Reels, Shorts, For You feeds, Explore, suggested posts or like counts. Messages, posting, profiles, search and notifications keep working. It can block the real apps with Screen Time, so the calm version is the one you open. Toggle is free to download. Using it needs a paid auto-renewing subscription bought in the app (Toggle Weekly or Toggle Yearly, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers); without one the app cannot be used after the trial. WHAT GOES • Reels, Shorts, For You and the recommendation feeds: off from the first load • Explore, suggested posts and promoted posts • Like counts, comments, Stories, Marketplace, Watch, Grok and LIVE, app by app, your choice WHAT STAYS • Direct messages on every app • Posting, profiles, search and notifications • YouTube opens on Subscriptions, TikTok and Threads on Following, LinkedIn on Messaging • Comments in a native sheet on Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube • YouTube videos in their own player, with a mini player and a floating player when you leave BLOCK THE REAL APPS Toggle uses Screen Time to block the original apps you choose. A blocked app shows a shield with "Open in Toggle". Unblock for five minutes whenever you want; turning blocking off asks first. NOTIFICATIONS, YOUR WAY Per app: all notifications, messages only (direct messages, replies, comments, mentions), or off. They arrive through each site's own push, relayed to Apple still encrypted. If a real app is installed and not blocked, Toggle holds back its notifications so you never get two. SET A GOAL Pick how much time you want back each day and see how many years that adds up to. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Add each app to your Home Screen so it opens straight into Toggle. Share a post from another app to Toggle to open it there. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. You sign in to each service directly, and your logins stay on your iPhone. Toggle never sells data and uses no advertising identifier. ON YOUR COMPUTER The same switches, site by site, as a free Chrome extension. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS • Toggle Weekly and Toggle Yearly are auto-renewing in-app purchases; prices are shown in the app before you buy. • New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends. • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Terms of Use: https://toggle.social/terms Privacy Policy: https://toggle.social/privacy Toggle is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook or Snapchat.
