Dayhack
Read full descriptionHide full description
Dayhack is a biohacking journal: a food diary without calories, a sleep journal and a workout log in one app. Write down what you eat, how you trained, how you slept and the urges you held, then see what you actually did this week and choose your next step. In English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese. FOOD DIARY WITHOUT CALORIES Log meals with foods, quantities, portions and how you feel. Dayhack does not estimate calories and does not give you a health score. If you prefer mindful or intuitive eating to counting, your meal history simply shows your own entries. SLEEP JOURNAL AND MORNING ENERGY Record bedtime, wake time, sleep quality and energy. The sleep diary uses the times and feelings you enter. It does not measure sleep stages. WORKOUT LOG Prepare strength or cardio sessions and record exercises, sets, reps, loads and durations. An unfinished workout stays at the top of Today. Look back at your training history before the next session. URGE AND CRAVING TRACKER Choose what you want more control over, such as screen time, nicotine, alcohol or gambling. Note your triggers, pick an alternative and reflect on what helped. A pause or a lapse does not erase earlier progress. FOUR TABS, ONE ROUTINE Today, Meals, Training and Recovery, where sleep and urges sit side by side. Focus and reflection tools sit alongside them, and reminders are optional. YOUR WEEK IN REVIEW The free seven-day review brings together meal entries, completed workouts, best recorded sets, sleep and craving ratings. Dayhack Plus unlocks 30-day, 90-day and 365-day reviews and a readable text export. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before renewal. Core features and standard data export stay free. YOUR DATA Your journal entries are stored on your device. No account and no sign-up. You choose what to export or share. IMPORTANT Dayhack is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It does not treat addiction or provide withdrawal protocols. Stopping alcohol or sedatives suddenly can be dangerous, so seek medical advice before changing your use. For health concerns, talk to a healthcare professional.
