Reels. Shorts. For You. Explore. Autoplay. Like counts. Every one of them is a feature somebody designed to keep you scrolling, and not one of them has an off switch. TimeWell is the off switch. Open Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook inside TimeWell and the addictive parts are gone before the page finishes loading. Your messages, your profile and the people you actually follow stay exactly as they were. You sign in on each platform's own site, so TimeWell never sees your password. TURN OFF WHAT YOU WANT TURNED OFF Every filter is a switch. Flip one, or flip them all. * Reels — Instagram and Facebook * Shorts — YouTube * For You — X opens on Following instead * Explore — Instagram's algorithmic grid * Suggested posts — your feed goes back to people you follow * Trends and Who to follow * Like, view and follower counts * Ads and sponsored posts * AI-generated posts and AI persona accounts * Comments * Grayscale — drain the colour out of every feed * The small engagement tricks that don't have names Coming soon: TikTok, Snapchat. FOCUS, SLEEP AND LIMITS Start a focus session and the feeds are paused while the ring counts down. Set a sleep window and the apps shut overnight, every night. Give any app a daily limit — and lock it, if you already know what you'd do at 11pm. TODAY One ring: your screen time against the daily goal you set, how today compares with yesterday, where the time actually went app by app, and a streak for every day you stayed under. SOL An AI companion for the ten minutes after you put the phone down — the one place in TimeWell for "why do I keep doing this" rather than "how long was I on it". Your conversation is stored on your phone and nowhere else. BUILT TO BE PRIVATE The filtering runs entirely on your phone. Nothing you browse is collected, sent anywhere, or sold — not the feeds you read, not the accounts you follow, not a single post. Screen Time uses Apple's own API, which is designed so that even we cannot see which apps you picked. An account is optional and everything works without one; if you make one, you can delete it permanently from inside the app. FAMILY A parent can set the filters on a child's phone and lock the ones that need to stay on. REMINDERS, AND ONLY FOUR When a focus session ends, at 90% of your daily goal, when you reach it, and shortly before sleep mode closes the apps. No streak nagging. Nothing that says "come back to TimeWell". You don't have to delete anything. You don't have to quit. You just have to be able to turn the addictive parts off — and now you can.

Toggle is an iPhone app that opens Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook and Snapchat inside one app without Reels, Shorts, For You feeds, Explore, suggested posts or like counts. Messages, posting, profiles, search and notifications keep working. It can block the real apps with Screen Time, so the calm version is the one you open. Toggle is free to download. Using it needs a paid auto-renewing subscription bought in the app (Toggle Weekly or Toggle Yearly, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers); without one the app cannot be used after the trial. WHAT GOES • Reels, Shorts, For You and the recommendation feeds: off from the first load • Explore, suggested posts and promoted posts • Like counts, comments, Stories, Marketplace, Watch, Grok and LIVE, app by app, your choice WHAT STAYS • Direct messages on every app • Posting, profiles, search and notifications • YouTube opens on Subscriptions, TikTok and Threads on Following, LinkedIn on Messaging • Comments in a native sheet on Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube • YouTube videos in their own player, with a mini player and a floating player when you leave BLOCK THE REAL APPS Toggle uses Screen Time to block the original apps you choose. A blocked app shows a shield with "Open in Toggle". Unblock for five minutes whenever you want; turning blocking off asks first. NOTIFICATIONS, YOUR WAY Per app: all notifications, messages only (direct messages, replies, comments, mentions), or off. They arrive through each site's own push, relayed to Apple still encrypted. If a real app is installed and not blocked, Toggle holds back its notifications so you never get two. SET A GOAL Pick how much time you want back each day and see how many years that adds up to. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Add each app to your Home Screen so it opens straight into Toggle. Share a post from another app to Toggle to open it there. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. You sign in to each service directly, and your logins stay on your iPhone. Toggle never sells data and uses no advertising identifier. ON YOUR COMPUTER The same switches, site by site, as a free Chrome extension. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS • Toggle Weekly and Toggle Yearly are auto-renewing in-app purchases; prices are shown in the app before you buy. • New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends. • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Terms of Use: https://toggle.social/terms Privacy Policy: https://toggle.social/privacy Toggle is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook or Snapchat.
