Winterarc vs MonArc

The winter arc. For real this time. 90 days. 9 rules. Zero excuses. Winterarc isn't just another habit tracker. It's a challenge. You commit to 90 days, check off your rules every day, and watch your discipline build, square by square. HOW IT WORKS Pick your Day 1. The app tracks you for 90 days on the winter arc rules: water only, no fast food, 7–8 hours of sleep, the gym, running, 10,000 steps, no phone at the table, 20 minutes outside, gratitude. Every night, you check in. Every week, your flame grows. Every day fills a square. YOUR PROGRESS AT A GLANCE 90 squares. One a day. The longer you hold on, the more of them light up. It's the view that reminds you where you're at, and everything you've already built. THE FLAME ONLY FORGIVES ONCE Complete your full week and your flame rises. Miss a week and your freeze saves it. Just once in the whole arc. After that, it's on you. DAY 1 VS DAY 90 On day one, you take a photo. It stays locked on your phone. Nobody sees it, not even you. On day 90, you take a second one, and the app shows them side by side. That's when you really see what 90 days have changed. WE WON'T LET YOU SLACK OFF An evening reminder if your day's dragging. An alert if your flame's in danger. A line every morning to get your head back in the game. That's it, no spam. YOUR RULES, YOUR ARC (PRO) Want 5 workouts instead of 4? Add "read 50 pages"? Drop a rule? Pro lets you build your arc your way, with your own icons and colors. APPLE HEALTH SYNC Your steps check themselves off. The rest is up to you. Winterarc runs on iPhone. Your data is yours: your photos never leave your device. The winter arc is that stretch of winter where you put in the work quietly while everyone else waits for January. Six months of focus can make up for six years of garbage. So, are you in?
