Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Aena at 4.4 against 1Taxi!'s 1.8. Aena also leads on ratings volume (226 vs 18) and device support (3 vs 1). 1Taxi!'s advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Aena holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aena has 226 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 18% of Aena's written reviews are positive against 14% of 1Taxi!'s.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
