Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TigersecuHDViewer2 at 3.3 against SwannView Link.'s 1.9. SwannView Link.'s advantage is ratings volume (366 vs 11) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 9.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
TigersecuHDViewer2 holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SwannView Link. has 366 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 6% of SwannView Link.'s written reviews are positive against 0% of TigersecuHDViewer2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
