When you start using the app you will quickly discover that it is really easy to use, and provides a nice overview of the surveys currently available to you, as well as handy shortcuts to redeeming your points and receiving incentives. As a panel member, you can of course always contact panel support if you have any questions, comments or with to give us feedback on the app. Norstat is sole responsible owner of both norstatpanel.com and this app, and guarantees your anonymity and the quality of the surveys, independently of in which channel you choose to answer surveys.

About

Grippa

Most habit trackers are a private argument with yourself. You tick a box, the app congratulates you, and nobody is any the wiser when you stop. Grippa puts other people in the room. WHAT IT IS Build up to five habits on the free plan — twelve on paid — with the schedule each one deserves. A tick is enough for most. Some are worth a number: pages, minutes, kilometres. Some want the app's own timer running while you do them. Then join a club or a team. A club shares one habit between everybody: the same run, the same page count, the same cold shower, and one table showing who actually did it. A team keeps everyone's habits their own but adds the scores together — different lives, one result. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Your group sees what you did today. Not a weekly summary, not an average — the day itself, and a comment underneath it if somebody has something to say. Challenges run for a fixed stretch with a leaderboard that closes when the days run out. Points come from difficulty and from the length of your run, so an easy habit ticked for a month does not beat a hard one kept for a week. A streak is worth something because losing it costs something. Three freezes a month, for everyone, paid or not — a life that never allows a missed day is not a life, and a plan that sells you forgiveness is selling you the wrong thing. THE COACH A conversation, not a notification. It has your history in front of it: which weekday you keep missing, which habit you have quietly stopped, how the group is doing. It answers in the tone you pick, and it can be turned off entirely — the app works without it. WHAT IS FREE AND WHAT IS NOT The free plan is the whole product: five habits, one club, one team, challenges, the feed, the coach, thirty days of statistics, three freezes a month. Paid lifts the ceilings: twelve habits, as many clubs and teams as you like, the full history, and the right to start groups of your own. Gathering people is the part somebody has to answer for, which is why it sits behind the subscription. Joining is free and always will be. PRIVACY, PLAINLY Your statistics are yours: what a group sees is set by you, and detailed figures can be kept private without leaving the group. Blocking works in both directions and takes one tap, as does undoing it. Comments are checked before they are posted, and anything you report reaches a person. The account, and everything in it, is deleted from inside the app — Settings, Account, Delete account. No email, no waiting for a reply. SUBSCRIPTION Grippa Paid is available monthly or yearly, with 7 days free. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews unless auto-renewal is switched off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
