Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: FeedScan at 100% against Microsoft SharePoint's 25%. FeedScan also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.6). Microsoft SharePoint's advantage is ratings volume (142K vs 8) and chart position (#102 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
FeedScan holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft SharePoint has 142K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of FeedScan's written reviews are positive against 25% of Microsoft SharePoint's.
FeedScan ships an update every 5 weeks, Microsoft SharePoint every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
