This app was developed for Veterans, Service members, and other people who are in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in consultation with a therapist. It offers exercises, tools, information, and tracking logs so you can practice what you’re learning in your daily life. ACT Coach was created by VA’s National Center for PTSD.

GutChat helps you understand your gut so you can reach your goals — less bloating, better regularity, more fiber, or a weight target. It reads both ends of digestion. Photograph a meal and GutChat reads the calories, fiber, and gut impact. Scan a stool or urine sample for a private read on form, color, and hydration. Add the lifestyle around it — sleep, stress, water, movement, even your weight from a photo of the scale. Everything folds into one daily gut score, with the factors behind it laid out plainly. Set a goal and your own logs track it for you. An AI coach that knows your history tells you what today means and what to try next. When you want proof, run a simple experiment to see whether dairy, gluten, or stress actually affects you. WHAT YOU GET - Meals read from a photo or a sentence: calories, fiber, gut impact - Stool and urine sample scans: form, color, hydration - Weight logged from a photo of your scale - One daily gut score, and every factor that shaped it - Goals your logs track for you: bloating, regularity, fiber, hydration, weight - A coach that remembers your whole record - Experiments to test what actually changes your gut - A clean summary to bring to your doctor PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device until you choose to sign in. Sample photos are kept blurred, and you decide whether they are saved at all. GutChat is for education and self-understanding. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. For adults 18 and older.
