Mindful Log
I was able to make a record of my experience but I can't access my log to reflect on it.
No audio
Having the same issue as others. No audio for the audio guided exercises. Please fix the bug
No audio in guided audio exercise
I chose the audio guided exercise, but there was no audio! There was onscreen text instructions. One of them said to close my eyes. How could I continue with the exercise if I needed to read instructions if my eyes were closed?
Good so far, needs an update.
Just started to use this app for my anxiety. Wanted to mention that the "Observe Sensations" guided audio is silent. There are only words on the screen.
I just finished the "Observe Thoughts" audio and it was very helpful.
Giving three stars for now cuz the audio isn't working for an exercise I need.

Great context: frustrating text layout
Thanks for providing this free app which has lots of helpful features & the content is very well put together. Unfortunately text often continues off the right side of the screen, resulting in the need to scroll side to side to read, which I found frustrating.
