Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Omada at 4.7 against LRH Unity Wellness's 4.0. Omada also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (95K vs 1). LRH Unity Wellness's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
