Find your focus. Breathe. Get things done. MindAnchor – ADHD Planner is your daily companion for structured calm. Built with ADHD brains in mind, it combines focus planning, brain dumping, mindfulness, and motivation - all in one peaceful place. What you'll find: - Today Dashboard - What you are doing now, what is next, and a countdown timer, in one view. - MITs (Most Important Tasks) - Up to three priorities a day, so your list never becomes a pile. Add several reminder times for anything you do more than once, like physical therapy, and it counts them off for you: 1 of 3. - Planner - Block out your time and repeat it daily, on weekdays, or on the days you pick. Tap any block to rename it, move it, or change how long it runs. - Calendar Integration - See events from your iPhone's calendar beside your plan, and rename, move or delete them without leaving the app. Google, Outlook, iCloud and work accounts all show up on their own. - Brain Dump - Catch a thought before it spirals. Type it or say it, then send it to your MITs or your Planner once you know what it is. - Check-ins - Twenty seconds on how you are doing. Tap a saved one to read it back or change it. - Re-Center - Guided soundscapes and timers to reset your mind. - Apple Watch - Reminders and check-ins reach your wrist, answered in one tap. There is no separate watch app to install. - Motivations - Gentle, rotating daily affirmations, or write your own. - Celebrations - Optional encouragement when you finish your MITs. New here? A short intro walks you through what each screen is for, and it stays in Settings for whenever you want it again. Why it helps: - Less overload, because the day is limited to three things on purpose. - Gentle timers and structured breaks instead of nagging. - No streaks to break. Skip a week and it still works when you come back. - Make it yours with calming colors, custom affirmations, and daily resets. MindAnchor isn't about being perfect. It's about progress, peace, and presence. Anchor your focus, one moment at a time.
