About

BFTS Scribe

Features

BFTS Scribe drafts your clinical documentation from the visit, so you can focus on the patient instead of the keyboard. HOW IT WORKS • Consent, tap, and see your patient — the phone does the listening. • In about a minute, a structured SOAP note is ready for your review. • You review every section and sign off. The clinician always signs off, never the machine. • Copy the note to your EHR, save it as a PDF, or print after-visit instructions in English and Spanish. BUILT FOR PRIVACY • Audio is sealed on your phone before it ever leaves the device. • Purge-on-accept: once you confirm the note is in your EHR, it is erased from our servers. • Your patients' conversations belong to your clinic. BILINGUAL BY DESIGN Generate after-visit instructions in English and Spanish from the same visit — every patient leaves understanding their care. TWO MODES • Visit mode records the conversation, with patient consent. • Dictation mode captures your summary between patients. BFTS Scribe drafts documentation only. It does not diagnose or provide treatment. A subscription is required and is available at scribe.brownforces.io. HIPAA-ready; a Business Associate Agreement is available for clinics.
