Verdict
elmenus and Ruket both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Ruket's written reviews are positive against 14% of elmenus's. Ruket also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). elmenus's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 4) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
