Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tally Rewards at 85% against GET Mobile's 10%. Tally Rewards also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). GET Mobile's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.2) and in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tally Rewards sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. GET Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.
GET Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GET Mobile has 31K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of GET Mobile's written reviews are positive against 85% of Tally Rewards's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
GET Mobile ships an update monthly, Tally Rewards every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
