The app is overly slow, continuously lags when trying to order, and never remembers my Home Facility.

Slow as heck moving from any menu to another, menu items disappear, I don’t get texts half the time.

Slow app
This app runs very slow and sometimes doesn’t react at all.
Borderline unusable
It takes a ridiculous amount of time to load when opening the app, clicking any button or changing pages or really attempting to use any functions. Using Get takes significantly more time to fight the constant buffering than it would take to order in person. honestly I am so frustrated i wish i could give it 0 stars at this point.

You're better off logging in thru the mobile browser site. By the time I was finally able to load this app's Add Funds function, I had already finished the transaction I had wanted to make by using Safari instead.
Too many bugs
Time and time again I find myself trying to order from the University at Buffalo only to be met with the time interval glitches. These “15 min intervals” simply don’t exist. I’ll wait 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, 1;00 to no avail. I close the app I open it back up only to be met with minutes of loading screens this app sucks. Especially if you’re hungry!

Slow and buggy
This is perhaps the slowest and most annoying app I have ever had to use. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter because it’s what my college uses.

I use GET Mobile to view my online college fund accounts. It’s easy to use and manage your funds for college!

Try and do anything and there’s a minimum of a 2 second wait. It takes forever to navigate this app. Fire the programers.
Less carbs
Slow app, not all menu items available, but mostly it is carb heavy expensive food. Where are the veggies—can’t someone get steamed broccoli? It is a hospital—we teach good healthy diet habits
Email error - BAD
Asked for me to update email address (even though I typed it in when creating my account)… I typed in two or three different email addresses over and over. Said there was an error each time I tried.
