helpful but needs help
the time selection is challenging to use; it often overshoots the intended time as it continues to scroll on its own. this is a hassle that i hoped would have been fixed. connectivity is better than it used to be but still not super reliable in my facility.
Biometric Login
I can’t even get into my institution, after I put in my passcode it goes to biometric login but doesn’t let me actually do it. It says the operation either timed out or was not allowed. Help!
stop using ai to review id pictures
so im trying to upload a picture of my id for college right, and my id picture has me smiling with teeth. i wanted to use a nuetral picture of my id picture on this app instead. however, your stupid ai review system, and dont even try to tell me that its not ai because its ridiculously obvious with the speedy responses and ugly pretentious wording, keeps rejecting my picture because it looks too “doll-like, modified, filter on skin etc. etc.” how about u pay some employees to check the pictures instead of getting an ai clanker that doesnt know how to tell the difference in facial expressions from a gov id and a picture? thanks

This app runs very slow and sometimes doesn’t react at all.
Borderline unusable
It takes a ridiculous amount of time to load when opening the app, clicking any button or changing pages or really attempting to use any functions. Using Get takes significantly more time to fight the constant buffering than it would take to order in person. honestly I am so frustrated i wish i could give it 0 stars at this point.

You're better off logging in thru the mobile browser site. By the time I was finally able to load this app's Add Funds function, I had already finished the transaction I had wanted to make by using Safari instead.
Too many bugs
Time and time again I find myself trying to order from the University at Buffalo only to be met with the time interval glitches. These “15 min intervals” simply don’t exist. I’ll wait 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, 1;00 to no avail. I close the app I open it back up only to be met with minutes of loading screens this app sucks. Especially if you’re hungry!

This is perhaps the slowest and most annoying app I have ever had to use. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter because it’s what my college uses.
