Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: West Academic Audio at 4.8 against TestMasters's 1.5. West Academic Audio also leads on ratings volume (444 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). TestMasters's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
