Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Harley at 4.8 against HD RiderPoints's 3.7. Harley also leads on review sentiment (34% vs 0%) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 4 months). HD RiderPoints's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
