About

Shepherd

Features

Shepherd is a pastoral meeting tracker built for youth pastors, leaders, and church teams who want to stay close to the young people in their care. Record meetings in seconds. Capture notes, prayer points, and pastoral next-steps right after a catch-up — on your phone, before the moment fades. A quiet home for your flock: • Caseload at a glance — every young person you're walking with, when you last met, and where they are in their journey. • Meetings and notes — log a conversation in under a minute. • Prayer points — keep a running list of what to carry before the Lord for each person and each family. • Journey stages — track movement from visitor to integrated leader, at your church's pace. • Tasks and reminders — follow-ups don't slip through the cracks. • Church-wide view (for admin pastors) — see every pastor's caseload and where attention is needed. Designed for church culture: • Sign in with Apple, Google, or Telegram — no passwords to manage. • Your data stays inside your church. Row-level security enforces that pastors only see their own church's records. • No advertising. No third-party tracking. No data sold. • Safeguarding-aware — sensitive notes have extra controls. "He tends his flock like a shepherd; he gathers the lambs in his arms." — Isaiah 40:11
