Notifications for payment reporting date gone
I used to get notifications for the payment reporting day but now i don’t get them anymore.
Pls add them back as they were very convenient.

Won’t open
The app worked fine for a while but the past 4 months it gets stuck circling and doesn’t open. It is supposed to work on this phone.

An 84 yr old fit and able bloke.
Years of easy and appreciative reporting to Centrelink.
A few days of extra work was added easily.
And my pension accepted with appreciation
Now it is a month to month battle to even FIND Centrelink. Every fortnight, something changes!
And the knowledgeable folk who help me, are often bamboozled themselves.
Please do something.

Absolutely useless!
Not user friendly
I spent an hour trying to log in different ways and none worked.

Keeps saying update app when it’s been updated but just won’t open

I would give this app 5 stars based on its reliability, functionality, intuitive & easy to navigate interface and overall usefulness BUT it seems to insist I update it (once again) almost every time I go to use it (which is often) which obviously adds a certain amount of annoyance & inconvenience to using what would otherwise be a perfect app!
There really is no other flaw with the app itself. Besides being a nifty little app that’s easy to use: anything centrelink-related that it can’t do results in it automatically prompting user if they want to leave the app to go the website which then opens automatically if user consents so…
Truly feel like most bad reviews are based on dissatisfaction with Centrelink itself rather than the merits of this app.

The app is great if you genuinely look for work or have intent to study!
The login process is a dead loop.
The app guides you to the login page which needs you to login with the app.

I find the app easy to log into and use
New updates always come with more bugs.
Now with the latest version update they force us to install, you can’t go to advances or money owed. Just takes you to an error code.

Not exactly sure what people that use this app expect it to do other than be secure and if you have any basic knowledge know how to navigate to find details. Those that don’t have been sounded for too many years.

Useless app, crashes 9/10 times
This app is completely unusable majority of the time. It’s been like this for as long as I can remember and the developers haven’t cared to fix it. If I could give it 0 stars I would, for a government service app it should be useable but for that same reason I’m not surprised it’s useless. Do better!!!

Can’t even get into it
Can’t get past the login. I put in my pin and it says loading and a blue screen and never loads. Simply doesn’t work.
