JobStack

JobStack keeps a trade business running from the phone in your pocket. Open the app and today's work is already there: who is on which site, what is booked for tomorrow, which tasks are due, and anything that has fallen behind. No hunting through texts and spreadsheets to work out where everyone is. WHAT YOU CAN DO Today — your run for the day, tomorrow's plan, and the jobs that need attention before they become problems. Jobs — every job on one board, from first enquiry through to installed. Filter by stage, search by client or address, and see value, crew and next booking at a glance. Enquiries — a separate pipeline for work you are still quoting, so live jobs never get buried under leads. Approve an enquiry and it moves across to the jobs board. Calendar — installs, site measures, deliveries and meetings for the whole team, with tentative bookings marked so nothing is mistaken for confirmed. Tasks — what is due today, this week, and what is already overdue, against the job it belongs to. Job timeline — post updates and site photos as the work happens, so the office sees progress without ringing the crew. Clock in and out — clock on at the job and the time lands on the timesheet automatically, with the punch location recorded so hours can be verified. Timesheets — the week's hours per person and per job, ready to be checked. BUILT FOR TRADE BUSINESSES Roles decide what people see. Team members get their own jobs and schedule. Supervisors run the crew without the money side. Sales and managers see pricing and the full pipeline. Nobody sees more than their job needs. Works on site, where reception is bad — recently viewed work stays readable when the signal drops. JobStack is for existing JobStack workspaces. Sign in with the account your workspace admin set up, or with Google.
