The Absolute Secure Access product portfolio provides resilient network connectivity for users to securely access critical resources in the public cloud, private data centers, and on-premises. These products allow users to transition from traditional VPN to a resilient Zero Trust approach, without impairing productivity or administrative controls. Absolute VPN provides security and confidentiality for data in motion by means of encryption and access controls. It also offers benefits to the end user, such as making tunnel and network sessions resilient and optimizing streaming video and audio. Absolute ZTNA provides a software-defined perimeter via Zero Trust Network Access, creating a context-based, logical access boundary around an application or set of applications – wherever they're hosted. It shields applications from the Internet, making them invisible to unauthorized users. Access policies are enforced at the endpoint, avoiding latency and any data transgression. Absolute Insights for Network offers diagnostic and experience monitoring capabilities across endpoints and network, allowing organizations to proactively monitor, investigate, and remediate end user performance issues quickly and at scale, even on networks that are not company-owned or managed. The Secure Access SaaS platform leverages the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to provide highly resilient, advanced threat detection combined with user and entity behavior analysis (UEBA). Secure Access analyzes each device’s activity to establish a comprehensive baseline of normal network behavior for that device and user. Regardless of whether a device has Secure Access policies that route traffic inside or outside a tunnel, the new AI-powered network security and vulnerability detection capabilities continuously monitor all devices for deviations in behavior, analyzing network traffic, user behavior, application usage and data access patterns, including the following: o Data exfiltration o Unsafe application and web browsing behavior o Malicious network port scanning o New applications generating network traffic o Denial of service attacks o Device being used at unusual times o Higher than expected network activity o New network usage patterns o Device acting as a server o Device refusing server-like requests o Device network usage is abnormal Secure Access generates configurable alerts with rich context and direct links to detailed Insights for Network dashboards, empowering security teams to prioritize and investigate potential threats. As new threats emerge and user behavior evolves, Secure Access automatically modifies its baseline for each user’s device and potential threat profiles, ensuring your defenses remain continuously updated. All clients require a licensed server to work.

This requires Motorola Flex 6.3 with the 2020.2.2 or later release. The Flex Touch® app is designed to provide public safety agencies a quick and convenient way to access common Motorola Flex features using a smartphone or tablet. Personnel with the proper credentials can use Flex Touch to monitor their agency’s calls from anywhere and at any time from the convenience of a mobile device. Flex Touch allows personnel to search their agency database for names, property, vehicles, and incidents from a mobile device. Personnel can also view Flex Involvements® related to any record. In addition, the module helps promote officer safety by displaying records with warrants or alert warnings. The user-friendly design makes it easy for personnel to quickly learn how to navigate the app. Flex Touch allows personnel to access real-time call updates by viewing all active calls, call nature, and any assigned units. Each user can customize the list of calls and units within the jurisdiction. Calls are organized by unit status, providing a quick way to see whether officers have arrived on the scene and if a unit’s timer has expired. When a user has been assigned to a call, that information is displayed prominently. In addition to accessing information, Touch allows first responders to more efficiently complete their work. Users can view call comments and enter their own comments from their mobile device. Using Touch, users can quickly add photos or documents from their mobile device to a record or to a report. Flex Touch requires that the agency uses Motorola Flex and has already purchased the Flex Touch module.
