You can add notes, tag it, schedule it, and break it down into smaller steps. • Your Projects Create a Project for any big goal, then add the to-dos to reach it. Use headings to structure your list as you outline your plan. There’s also a place to jot down your notes, and a deadline to keep you on schedule. • Your Areas Create an Area for each sphere of your life, such as Work, Family, Finance, and so on. This keeps everything neatly organized, and helps you see the big picture as you set your plans in motion. • Your Plan Everything on your schedule is neatly laid out in the Today and Upcoming lists, which show your to-dos and calendar events. HunnyDewBee is the shared family todo app built on Apple Family Sharing. One subscription covers your whole group, lists sync in real time, and your todos stay unreadable to us. Built for the household actually doing the chores: partners, parents, kids old enough to claim their own list, and anyone tired of scrolling back through the family chat to find that one thing they forgot. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Share a todo list with everyone in your Apple Family • Assign todos to family members and watch progress sync live • Sort todos by category: Shopping, Chores, Recipes, Errands, or any you create • Set due dates, recurring schedules, and notes on each todo • Break big todos into subdos and check them off one at a time • Drop pins on the Hive Map so chores tie to the places they happen • Ask the Hive Mind AI assistant to draft, organize, and prioritize your todos • Earn badges for staying consistent PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your phone encrypts your todos and subdos before they sync. Only the devices in your family group hold the keys, so we can't read them. Your hive's name and the content of shared notifications work the same way. Profile details and app settings are encrypted on our servers, but not yet end-to-end. We're moving them to the same device-held keys. List names save as ordinary app data. The Hive Mind AI assistant is different. To answer you it may send any of your hive's todos to our AI provider, not just the ones you mention, along with titles, due dates, priorities, and who they're assigned to. Your device answers many requests on its own if it supports Apple Intelligence. Otherwise our AI provider writes the reply, and it doesn't use your data to train its models. We store your chat history with your account like regular app data. It isn't end-to-end encrypted, so your conversations stay available. A Recovery Code keeps you in control if you switch devices or lose iCloud Keychain. Sign in with Apple works too, including Hide My Email. ONE SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR WHOLE APPLE FAMILY Subscribe once and everyone in your Apple Family Sharing group gets the app. No invite codes. No separate accounts. No extra payments. Every member keeps their own login and their own private todos. They just share what's in the family hive. CHOOSE YOUR TIER • Lone-Bee. Free. Personal todos for solo use. • Hive. Shared family todos, categories, recurring schedules, and full Apple Family Sharing. • Hive Mind. Everything in Hive, plus an AI assistant that helps you draft, organize, and prioritize todos. Some requests run on your device, others use our AI provider. https://hunnydewbee.com/privacy-policy https://hunnydewbee.com/tos
