Tabula Rasa is a blank slate: a minimalist timer for yoga, pranayama and meditation. No feeds, no streaks pressure, no noise. Paper, ink, and your practice. THE APP BREATHES WITH YOU Guided breath cues stretch to match your settings — a 4-second inhale sounds like a 4-second inhale, an 8-second exhale lasts exactly 8 seconds. Choose from 9 sound packs: singing bowls, bells, tabla, woodblocks, water, or a real human breath recorded for each phase. SIX PRANAYAMAS Box Breathing, Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril), Kapalabhati (breath of fire), Bhramari, Ujjayi, Sitali — each with precise phase timing and a calm ambient bed underneath. SIX MEDITATIONS Zen, Vipassana, Peaceful, Energy Rising, Buddha Inside, Sleep & Balance — each with its own ambient soundscape. Set your duration, sit, listen. 42 ASANAS, READY-MADE FLOWS A full asana library with Sanskrit names, side-switch prompts and rest phases. Start with built-in sequences — Sun Salutation, Morning Wake, Hip Reset, Wind Down — or compose your own. APPLE WATCH, TRULY STANDALONE Every practice runs on the Watch by itself: sounds, haptic guidance for each breath and pose change, no iPhone required. Your custom sessions sync over automatically, and completed practices land in your history and Apple Health. BUILT TO DISAPPEAR One tap starts your practice. The interface fades away and leaves you with your breath. Your own music from Apple Music can play underneath. Mindful minutes are written to Apple Health. PREMIUM Unlock every sound pack, all meditations, unlimited custom compositions, session history with streaks, and iCloud sync.
