IQ Testim treats an intelligence test as a MEASUREMENT, not a game. ADAPTIVE DIFFICULTY An IRT (Item Response Theory) engine re-estimates your ability after every answer and picks the next question accordingly. NOT A SCORE — A MEASUREMENT Every result comes with a confidence interval. Not "IQ 118" but "118, 95% interval 110–126". Where the measurement isn't certain, we don't pretend it is. Without real norm data, we don't show percentiles. 12 COGNITIVE CATEGORIES, OVER 1,400 QUESTIONS Pattern recognition, spatial, verbal and numerical reasoning, memory, processing speed, attention, abstract thinking, visual puzzles, mathematics and creative thinking. 1,286 questions make up the scored test; 155 newer ones appear in practice and the daily task until they are calibrated. Some matrix puzzles are generated on the fly. IT TELLS YOU WHY YOU WERE WRONG Not just "incorrect": did you apply the rule in reverse, go one step too far, or repeat the neighbouring cell? It names the actual mistake. MIND CREW AND COGNITIVE MAP Twelve companions for twelve cognitive areas; their state comes from your own measurement and they don't flatter. The map shows where you're strong and where data is still thin. BRAIN TRAINING 14 games, among them Dual N-Back, Corsi, Stroop, Memory Match, Speed Math, Mini Sudoku, Code Breaker, Tower of Hanoi and Mini KenKen. They are separate from the scored IQ test. INTELLIGENCE ACADEMY 40 short lessons of about 2 minutes: mental-maths shortcuts, numerical reasoning, sequences, logic, counting and probability, memory, spatial thinking and test strategy. An honest frame: these are techniques for practising specific skills; they are not proven to raise general intelligence, and they don't affect your IQ score. MISTAKE NOTEBOOK Questions you get wrong in practice and in the daily question come back after 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days, at most 8 a day. Spaced repetition helps you remember the technique; it never affects the scored test or your IQ score. WEEKLY PROGRAM A flexible weekly workout built from your own history: 2–5 sessions a week (3 by default), no set day, no deadline. If no clear weak spot shows up, it's an "exploration week". It doesn't affect the scored test. PUZZLE OF THE DAY The same puzzle for everyone on the same calendar day: Sudoku and Code Breaker alternate, from easy to hard through the week. No server needed. Share your result; the shared text doesn't give away the answer. WIDGETS AND SIRI Plan widget (day streak, today's plan) and Puzzle of the Day widget, for the Home Screen and Lock Screen. Siri and Shortcuts get 3 actions: open the Puzzle of the Day, open today's plan, start the next lesson. Widgets only read a few counters and the actions only open the app; nothing leaves your device. FOR EVERY DAY Day streak with streak protection, XP and levels, a 3D daily chest whose lid really opens, today's 3 tasks, 17 collectible 3D stickers, a personal growth plan and a personal-record celebration. SIX LANGUAGES Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic — interface and questions, with full right-to-left support for Arabic. Turkish grammar questions and the Word Chain game are Turkish only. PRIVACY Your results, Academy progress, Mistake Notebook, weekly program, Puzzle of the Day record and widget data stay on your device. Sending anything to the server is always your choice: the leaderboard, helping calibrate questions and friend challenges are separate switches, off by default. Accounts under 13 send nothing to the server; for ages 13–15 these features need a parent's approval. IMPORTANT IQ Testim is not a clinical diagnostic tool.
