Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Yubii Home at 4.2 against Nice Mobile Viewer's 2.3. Yubii Home also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Nice Mobile Viewer's advantage is ratings volume (342 vs 20) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Yubii Home holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nice Mobile Viewer has 342 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of Nice Mobile Viewer's written reviews are positive against 21% of Yubii Home's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
