Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Somfy myLink at 4.3 against SOMweb's 3.0. Somfy myLink also leads on ratings volume (9.1K vs 4). SOMweb's advantage is review sentiment (44% vs 17%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Somfy myLink holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Somfy myLink has 9.1K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Somfy myLink's written reviews are positive against 44% of SOMweb's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Somfy myLink ships an update every 4 months, SOMweb every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
