PlotBox is state of the art cemetery software, this app provides easy and simple access to performing day to day tasks that are crucial for all cemeteries. There are currently five modules available on the app but we are constantly working to create and develop more options for you, they are: • Deceased records – Easily search for Deceased Records from within your cemetery, view where they are buried or find the grave location • Plots – Search for Plots to see Burials, Deed Owners, Locations • Link Plots – If you are a customer we will import your data into Plotbox, we will then link the data to locations within your cemetery, this is what the Link Plots module is used for • Create Plots - The clue is in the name, create new plots whether it’s a single or a whole facility the app allows you to do this accurately in no time • Risk Assessment – This will allow you to inspect headstones in the cemetery and survey how big of a risk they are due to their condition These modules can be used in ‘Online’ mode or, if Wi-Fi is not available it’s possible to downloadthe relevant information required and use the app in ‘Offline’ mode.
