VIPreception vs AppReception

K VIPReception is a tool for the Receptionist. This iPad App has various facilities. The Receptionist of each company in a building can have their unique version of iPad, and he/she can see data belonging to their Company only. VIPadm Reception assists the Receptionist in handling visitors, contacts (hosts), meetings, book meetings and Evacuate. Visitors: The Receptionist can communicate with visitors and host by sending SMS or mail, sign out visitors when leaving, see the status of all visitors of today, and search by name of visitors or hosts to find by the date the number of visits. The alternative he/she may search on the name of a host in order to find all visits for this person. All Meetings: All meetings give info on all meetings today. The Receptionist can find which room is booked and which room is available. As soon as visitors are registered, the visitors belonging to each meeting can be listed. Book Meetings: The Receptionist can easily book new meetings here. Evacuate: Evacuate is give the clear information of Evacuate responsible Areas and Belonging responsible persons and belonging Employees and Visitors. based on this info we can easily track the who is in the building when Evacuate occurs at building and inform & Track them status of Responsible peoples. Contacts: The Receptionist can send SMS and mail to selected contact(s). Add new contact(s), edit and delete existing contact(s)

AppReception - People Inside allows you to always have the list of people present within the various company offices under control. Take advantage of the integration with the Visitor Management System #1 to always monitor the situation in your company premises, in case of emergency you will be able to proactively consult from your smartphone and/or directly export the list of people present at that moment. It also verifies that the staff inside are actually authorized to access by checking the QR code generated in the AppReception badges.
