The VT²GO mobile application delivers the true mobile version of VT based content on the go. How does it work? Download the VT²GO app and use your active username to access the content from any VT System. Sign in on the mobile app and you’ll have access to the content. Stream any of it when you have an Internet connection, or you can download desired content to make it available offline - whenever or where ever you want; in the car, on a plane, at the gym or anywhere you want “to go!” • VT²GO access is free with any active username from participating private labeled VT Systems. • Stream any of the available content anytime with an Internet connection. • Download desired content to make it available offline. • Access multiple profiles from one device if you have more than one username.

This is our new Gubagoo app, helping to keep you connected with your customers on the go. This version of the app provides an enhanced chat experience, but does not yet have all of the features of the legacy version. Just like in GLive, you will be notified of chats, you can monitor conversations in real time, and ResQ those chats - from anywhere! The original version of the app is still available in the app store, and has our full mobile feature set, including Virtual Retailing connectivity, dashboards, and reporting. Here’s what is currently available in this enhanced app: - View live chats across all channels (except Text+, coming soon) - Take over (ResQ) live chats - Send messages to your customers - Send whisper messages to Gubagoo chat specialists and your staff - View and send inventory, offers, and contact cards - View and send your saved responses - Send files, such as photos, videos, and PDFs - Enter and view customer details - Enter lead information and submit the lead to your CRM - Push notifications If you need access to any of the following features on your mobile device, you will still need the legacy app: GLive: - In-app notifications - Do Not Disturb mode Virtual Retailing Features: - View deals Dashboard and Reporting Features: - View history - View dashboard - View leads - View saved responses - View inventory - View offers - View and edit your profile information - View and edit your notification settings - Access our help center This app will be continuously updated to include the features from the Legacy app, and will soon replace the original.
