StrengthIQ is a focused strength-training log for iPhone. Pick an exercise, log sets in seconds, and review history when you want to see how you’re trending. Barbell lifts (seven exercises) Log weight (lb), reps, optional percentage of 1RM, and optional set style (regular, eccentric, drop set, max unbroken, pause, cluster). Suggested loads follow NSCA-style rounding to 5 lb when you use % of 1RM, with full manual control. Estimated 1RM uses the Epley formula from your logged sets (rounded to the nearest 5 lb) and updates from your most recent calendar-day session for each lift. You can also set manual 1RM overrides in Settings. Pull-ups Dedicated flow without 1RM / NSCA load UI: log reps over time, choose a variant (standard/strict, chin-up, wide, close, commando, weighted, chest-to-bar), note eccentric emphasis, and add weight when you use it. Exercises included Deadlift, bench press, squat, Pendlay row, hip thrust, pull-up, hang clean, barbell overhead press—each with its own accent color for quick scanning. Privacy Workout data is stored on your device only. There is no cloud sync and no account in v1. Uninstalling may remove app data; use device backups if you need to keep records. Note StrengthIQ is built with a dark UI and navigation patterns aligned with IntervalIQ (IntervalTimer), if you use both apps side by side.
