You’ll get information about your child’s CareDriver in advance: a photo, bio and vehicle details. RideCST is an app developed with families and caregivers in mind as we transport students to and from school each day. As our mission says, “Collaborative Student Transportation aims to create a seamless, transparent, and eco-friendly transportation experience that prioritizes safety, optimizes efficiency, and fosters trust within communities.” The RideCST app helps fulfill our mission. It is designed to provide families/caregivers with up-to-date information for driver pick up and drop off times. Each morning, users will be provided with an estimated time of arrival, a notification when the driver arrives, and a push notification when the driver arrives at their student’s school. In the afternoon, users will receive a push notification when drivers leave school and when their student has been dropped off at their assigned stop. RideCST is designed to relieve that stress whenever a driver is running late due to issues like unusual traffic or inclement weather.
