Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Nova at 4.6 against COSMOTE Mobile Security's 3.0. Nova also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (437 vs 1). COSMOTE Mobile Security's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
