Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: TowMasters at 100% against IAA Tow's 19%. TowMasters also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). IAA Tow's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
