Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Codibook at 81% against Gmarket Global (ENG/中文)'s 10%. Codibook also leads on rating (4.7 vs 2.1) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 100). Gmarket Global (ENG/中文)'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Codibook holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.1. Written reviews point the same way: 10% of Gmarket Global (ENG/中文)'s written reviews are positive against 81% of Codibook's.
Gmarket Global (ENG/中文) ships an update every 3 months, Codibook every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
