I have never seen an online shopping app worse than this app.
After you download this app, You might think that you have backed to 2000. Korean Technology stops in 2000.
All functions you experienced in other online shopping app, i’m sorry you will not find it in this app.
All you can do in Gmarket is to place an order , pay it, and then wait for your order being cancelled with no reason. And of course, they will not send you a notification. You will have to wait for the shipping stupidly.

服務品質很差
購買時選擇空運，經過兩週卻沒有收到貨，詢問之後才說要在EZWAY 做第二次認證，須認證兩次為何不先告訴客戶呢？要等客戶詢問才說，因客戶已經付款了出不出貨都無所謂了嗎？我收不到貨卻也沒有地方可以取消訂單，只能任由宰割。

This app is really really bad
Loading time is always long and I even cannot log in my account in these days!! I ordered some items valued hkd600 and I cannot even check the delivery status! No customer service and I dont know whether the items will arrived or not!!!!suck this app!!!!

Gmarket used to be great but nowadays u cant tell when the product is coming overseas or not you will just be surprised when the seller contacts you asking for customs code lol

Bad app
What’s the point of Global app but not able to ship internationally? When I wanna submit an inquiry, it just close down the app. So horrible of no photo search function. No real time chat with seller, only email.
