Idea is good but app crashes constantly

This new update is bad
Ever since I updated my app to its newest version, this app just does not work at all. For clarification, I have one of the newer iPhone models and my phone is fully updated… so it can’t be that.? Why change an app that worked just fine before?

It’s not an app
It’s more like a web browser to browse DokoDemo. It’s slow, sluggish, very confusing and not overall a good experience.

I’m disappointed
This app has such great potential. It allows products from Japan to reach consumers all around the world. But it has a many flaws. The app runs extremely slow, and randomly turns from English to Japanese. The shipping is outrageous. I wish they just had a standard amount for shipping instead of basing it on weight. (for example, standard shipping for all orders on Stylevana is 6$) they also do not have any promotions that allow free shipping if your purchase exceeds a certain amount. (for example, orders $50+ =free shipping) You should not have to pay the shipping from different sellers. Consumer shouldn’t have to buy directly from the sellers on DOKODEMO. DOKODEMO should be the third party between the sellers in the consumers. If DOKODEMO fixed these things I would happily buy from them, but until then I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.
