Horrible
This is the worst experience I have ever faced. Their app has a bug that doesn’t send the sms verification but still allows you to ship. I have an order that I tracked and it reached my city but because of the bug with the sms , the company could not call me and then she shipped my package back to buynship, I have sent a few emails but nobody replies . So now I have wasted a few hundred dollars and will never get it back or get what I bought. This is a waste and I wonder if it is fraud.

False advertising
The claimed 7 day return but refuse to process my request even though the item was eligible for refund. The customer support took 2 days to answer my email and it totally missed the window to send the item back. Would not recommend their service!

rating has gone down because they now decide to charge another 10 quid per item with second hand sites like xianyu 🙃 ‘for communicating with the seller’ sure, you never did that before but suddenly its a thing. its a rip off. customer service also horrifically slow and sometimes ignores you
