so ive always been into this kind of fashion and i was hesitent at first to buy from here. i bought a necklace and at first it said it had delived but it wasnt at my house. i reached out to support team and they responded winin a day with everything i needed to locate it. it turns out the day it was delivered it was super windy so it blew under my staircase (my stairs arent open so i didnt see it right away) their support is super quick, professional, and kind. Id also like to say that the products looks just like the pictures and are beautiful. I love them and i will always be a customer. thank you codibook! ❤️❤️

Great customer service
Customer service replied really fast when I asked a question. The shipping was pretty fast coming from Korea and I live in Hawaii. Normally it takes longer to get to Hawaii because it has to go to the mainland first. Normally California before it gets shipped here. So I was surprised that it got to me already. 아니 옷은 안 시켜봐서 모르겠는데 코디할수도 있고 좋거든요? 근데 이번에 몇달 지나서 다시 들어갔는데 로그인을 해도 자꾸 존재하지 않는 유저라는데 이건 뭔… 그리고 한달난 지나서 로그인하면 자꾸 로그아웃되서 다시 로그인하고… 너무 귀차나요. 이거 버그인가요… 제발류ㅠ 빨리 좀 고쳐주세요
Terrible service
My order was delayed three times, so I reached out for support. But all I got back was the same response telling me to cancel. It felt like I was talking to an AI, not a real person. There was no proper update or explanation, just generic replies. Really disappointing

The Best Place to Buy Cute Korean Clothes
This is by far the best site and app that I have used to purchase Korean clothing. Not only is the app easy to navigate and use, the selection of clothing and the catalog of brands are extensive. They are constantly releasing new products, and are very on top of the trends in Korean fashion. The prices are affordable and the quality is top tier. Delivery typically takes a while because they are internationally shipped, but the customer service department is always quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I’ve been shopping on Codibook for several years and it is by far my favorite place to shop at! App is very easy to navigate and they just have so many clothes and styles available. I also like that people can design a whole outfit and it helps you plan out your outfit. Prices are reasonable as well.
