Most of the clothing I bought ended up reselling bc they were super low quality and not worth the high prices

I love the fashion and also the inspiration the app provides but they recently took germany off the list of shipping countries and now I canโt purchase anymore.

so ive always been into this kind of fashion and i was hesitent at first to buy from here. i bought a necklace and at first it said it had delived but it wasnt at my house. i reached out to support team and they responded winin a day with everything i needed to locate it. it turns out the day it was delivered it was super windy so it blew under my staircase (my stairs arent open so i didnt see it right away) their support is super quick, professional, and kind. they need 7 days to dispatched the shipping from Korea , is too slow .
Great customer service
Customer service replied really fast when I asked a question. The shipping was pretty fast coming from Korea and I live in Hawaii. Normally it takes longer to get to Hawaii because it has to go to the mainland first. Normally California before it gets shipped here. So I was surprised that it got to me already. Terrible service
My order was delayed three times, so I reached out for support. But all I got back was the same response telling me to cancel. It felt like I was talking to an AI, not a real person. There was no proper update or explanation, just generic replies. Really disappointing
