Great for calculating reps

Great for calculating one rep max and predicting number of reps at different weights. It also saves your maxes. It would be nice if the saved maxes would show max weight for different amounts of reps.

Numbers won’t work

Can’t type 3-9 numbers in “reps”, buttons just won’t work. Tried to delete and re install the app, no result.

Also it would be nice to have the option to count uneven numbers like something.5kg

Good but could be better

Wish I could have my percentages at all times. But I like the app overall.

Single digit reps?

I can only enter single digit reps, this app is garbage. What if I did 10 reps? Oh nooo I broke the app.

Enjoy my $2; the only thing worse than theft is discovering the thief was grossly incompetent.

Links to articles are not working

Links to articles on the app don’t work. Please fix!

Great, simple app

Cool simple app to track progress. It would be cool if we could see what percentile our max is among lifters.

Cool

Cool app but I don’t like how it starts at 70% and not 50

I keep getting billed

I keep getting billed for this app. No way of stopping it from what I can find.

Great chart !

Could you please improve the user interface. It would be useful to select exercise and see the PR max chart. Instead of scrolling thru all the past workouts in order to find the type of exercise I wanna check.

Waste of $2

The free web calculator is better. Only goes down to 70% which is ineffective on deload weeks or calculating endurance weight. Also can’t change the date so can’t upload old data. Don’t waste your money

Great Tool

Quick easy to use tool to help track and plan for progressive overload.

-Design banale e scadente
MODIFICATE QUESTE COSE, GRAZIE

Add adjustable date figure

Good application, but I would like an adjustable date figure...if you miss logging you max rep on the day it occurred currently you are unable capture the accurate day the lift actually happened.

Garbage

I lost $2.00 because this app doesn’t work.

Nice little app but..

1 cannot add # sets
2 cannot vary weights between preset weights

Otherwise ok

Easy to use, a little cluttered

I’m only using 25% of the exercises, I would like to clear the rest.

Many missing features

-Should have more increments on weights for reps eg. No recommended weight for 5 rep Max!
- notes are very limited, can't change them after you make a note
- can't log a set from anything but the current date
-should be able to tap on the last set for an exercise and see the recommended weights for different rep ranges instead of having to recalculate each time

Don’t get just go online

Only goes down to 70% also can’t put in decimal.

No Decimals?

The lack of decimals poses a problem for metric users: our barbell weights increase in 2.5 kg increments.

The option to switch the estimated 1RM formula appears to be broken, too.

This shouldn’t be priced

No reason this app is priced at $1.99 if i can just google the same thing
