The Content is Great!! UI needs improvement

The app functions fantastic but the navigation is clunky. Swiping left and right between sets is not conducive to easily moving around different workout sets. A dropdown list of sets would be way stronger.

Great App

I’ve used this for years, my go to app for weights!

Exactly what you think

Short, sweet, and to the point. I wish there was an accessory lift list and accompanying rep/set tracker. But ABSOLUTELY worth the few bucks for this app. it’s a steal. Also, buy one of the 5-3-1 books and read it.
