Life enhancing

This app helps me improve my life. Great interviews, meditations and resources about how to live better and cope positively with the everyday stresses of life.

Dan Harris is the best!

I am a lawyer/lobbyist/former US Senate staffer, Clinton Administration appointee, and sometime political operative—including numerous campaigns in Cook County, Illinois. My work requires me to be relentlessly pragmatic with a big dose of healthy cynicism.
I was also deeply allergic to anything touchy-feely—particularly meditation.
No longer! I had the great good fortune to discover journalist and fellow Dan Harris, his books, and his apps.
Dan’s light-hearted, just-serious-enough approach to teaching mindfulness meditation has made a huge difference for me.
Can’t believe I’ve now been meditating at least once a week for almost six years…
MANY, MANY thanks to you and your team, Dan!

10 stars!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Wish I would have had this 30 years ago. It’s like an owner’s manual for your brain. I will say the title is misleading though—it should be 10% Happier, Compounded Weekly. I figure I’m up to about 70% happier after a couple years of listening. Harris and crew have opened a whole new world to me and made my life immeasurably better by letting me meet so many new philosophers, leaders, and teachers. I shudder to think where my mind would be without stumbling onto this app. It is a gateway drug to happiness!
