Update Aug 2026

Looks bad

Recent update ruins offline experience

Have used this for 2 years. Sleep meditations every night, after phone on airplane mode. Since the recent version, I have found my nightly meditations are not being counted in my history, which has meant I am back to day one after a 200 day streak. Additionally, I am no longer able to look at recent meditations to reselect them. This only shows when the phone is on. Finally, they have re-ordered all of the downloaded meditations alphabetically so I am no longer able to go to the top or bottom of the sleep list and select a specific meditation based on where I remember it being in the list. This may seem minor but if you are in the dark with no glasses on trying to get to sleep the last thing you want to be is frustrated through being unable to find the meditation you want, and have selected routinely for months. The changes are significant to the way I use it so I will not be renewing my subscription in December.

Look of the app is worse.

The latest update makes the text smaller and reduces the visual contrast between text and background. It’s harder for me to see and makes it seem like the app is targeting to a younger audience.

Another downgrade mislabeled upgrade

Just “upgraded” to lose favorites again with the new edition. Why does Happier cut material I’ve come to rely on every supposed upgrade? Not Happier about that.

Have turned to this meditation app to keep myself centered and balance my thoughts so l can think

Have not been reacting to negative comments the way I used to. This is also a very helpful resource when overwhelmed and the wisdom imparted helps me not to overthink things as l had in the past.
