  • nothing works

nothing will load and IF it does, it says your info isn’t correct when it 100% is. it seems very sketchy to put personal info into this app that feels like it was programmed by a 3 year old
  • Great Idea and UI, horrific execution

I’m applying for a job as a software engineer. My ability to tap fast on my phone is a horrible proxy for any information on whether or not I would be a good fit. I can’t believe the company I’m applying to would be willing to embarrass themselves and me enough to use this app in its current state.
  • Fine by me

I think a lot of the negative reviews are from people dissatisfied with their results. Doesn’t define you but it’s not entirely inaccurate, in my opinion.
  • Disappointing

Not only did the app create severe difficulties just getting connected between them and the job I was applying to, but it gave me rave results while telling the job I was “not recommended” ? If your employer wants you to use them be forewarned
  • Can’t believe companies use this

Overall. I’d rather do 20 in person interviews then play the games here. Not to mention that get to take our personal information an store it for two years. Companies shouldn’t use these. Take the time to invest in personal interaction not games!
  • Absolute waste of time.

If you are unfortunate enough to be applying for a job and see this don’t even waste your time there’s “no right answer” is exactly correct because none of these silly games are a worth your time to then see a message disqualifying you from the job for not pumping up enough balloons.
  • garbage app

It’s an app full of stupid “games”. Some companies will judge you depending on the results of games. However, I can say none of those games can truly reflect personalities. The only use of this app is forcing people go to get a glasses or even eye surgery earlier!
  • Forer's Barnum Statements

This is a joke, right? Just google Barnum Statements:

    2) You have a tendency to be critical of yourself.
    3) You have a great deal of unused capacity which you have
    not turned to your advantage.
    4) While you have some personality weaknesses, you are
generally able to compensate for them.
    5) Your sexual adjustment has presented problems for you.
    6) Disciplined and self-controlled outside, you tend to be
    worrisome and insecure inside.
    7) At times you have serious doubts as to whether you have
made the right decision or done the right thing.
    8) You prefer a certain amount of change and variety and
become dissatisfied when hemmed in by restrictions and
    limitations.
    9) You pride yourself as an independent thinker and do not
accept others' statements without satisfactory proof.
    10) You have found it unwise to be too frank in revealing
    yourself to others.
    11) At times you are extroverted, affable, sociable, while at
other times you are introverted, wary, reserved.

  • Good App

Replace my old one, it worked just fine.
  • A load of crap app

If an employer asks you to do this before that employer had your initial, or second interview you should rethink working for them. Run the opposite way from them.
After I completed filling out my application for a prospective employer I was lead to this app by that company’s adamant recommendation.
There were twelve exercises to do to supposedly assess my compatibility with that prospective employer. The first round was giving me a virtual $10 which I was to play with another applicant online. A transfer would be made of that funds. I stopped there and asked myself, “was I being hacked?” After that I deleted this app because it started to feel ominous to me having that in my phone.
