I have been trying to access my account for about an hour now. The password reset has not sent me an email that I have requested for multiple times and things have not been moving in a timely manner for someone attempting to use this for a job application.fr fdddh
Smh this can't be the future
I worked this job for 2 years before I moved away. When I moved back after a year they have this PYMETRIC game they want you to play to work again. Now they say I, "don't qualify" for the same job? I've done this job for 2 years and got employee of the month, EVERY MONTH! How can this "game test" deny me a job I've already done and excelled at? What a jokeShow lesspagan c
Question the validity of these ‘games’
I’ve been a lab rat for my share of personality tests, measures, etc. and they have consistently painted a picture of me that I tend to agree with. This includes over 20 years of growth and change.
This test generated a profile that really isn’t me nor my profile in general. I hate that this test will be a basis of an application to a employment opportunity.Show lessSchlonger33
Waste of time and money
Companies investing in this software to vet applicants are wasting their money. The games are ridiculous and lead to totally unfounded conclusions about your personality. What this app really shows is that Pymetrics has a killer sales team, but that’s about it.Dkgonzales
Pseudoscientific garbage
I can’t believe that taping your phone screen as fast as possible could possibly translate to any measure of skill or personal character. Half the tests just measure knee-jerk reflexes. Throw in a couple pattern-recognition and number sequence problems to make it feel a little more legitimate, and suddenly they build a “profile” for you, like a mix between a Myers-Briggs test and an IQ test, both of which are also pseudoscience.

I feel violated from this app and that it is a big virus on my iPhone. I felt like the test is that I wasn’t supposed to trust this app and that I failed because it’s one big virus. I deleted it and I hope my phone is safe. Please employers’ don’t violate your applicants with these bogus apps that will put us at risk.Show lesstalent101

The most garbage system I have ever used. I couldn’t get past the “Privacy Notice” page because there was absolutely no link to get past it. It wouldn’t even let me login. This app makes no sense. Their website is even worse. All I’m trying to do is apply for a UPS job but this Pymetrics system is making that the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had applying for a job. This must be a joke. In order to get any assistance in some going on you must contact the employer trying to hire you. They have zero support service. I’ve attempted numerous times to have my sign on information resent but all it does is say maybe it’s in your junk mail. They need customer support lines.Show lessOga1tnas
